-Інженер технолог/Process engineer/Industrial engineer

Основні вимоги:

• Analyze operational data - production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules etc. 
• Monitor and continuously improve daily efficiency performance for assigned areas.
• Reduce machine-generated scrap. Monitor machine management data and take corrective actions to improve the operations.
• Reduce manual assembly scrap. Monitor quality data and take corrective actions to improve the operations.
• Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment and workstations. 
• Coordinate layout and workstation move activities.

 

-Інженер якості/Quality engineer

Основні вимоги:

• Develops and maintains QA plans and process routing, which reflect intended/actual activities.

• Provides support for all quoting activities by participation in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.

• Evaluates and supports inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.

• Supports all training programs by development and implementation of specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.

• Provides trend analysis of defects occurring at the customer, supplier and internally.

• Participates in the vendor survey activities as applicable. Drives proactive participation with suppliers and (when possible) aids in their process improvement efforts.

• Monitors departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance/support for the quality engineering staff as applicable.

Education & Experience Requirements 
High education,  2-3 years experience in similar position

 

-Тест-інженер/Test engineer

Основні вимоги:

• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements 
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment 
• Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations 
• Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly 
• Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations 
• Direct and exercise control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests 
• Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment 
• Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to established Jabil standards, including ISO and QS development standards 

Education & Experience Requirements 
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university 
Plus 2-3 years experience

 

-Тест-технік/Test-technician

Основні вимоги:

• Provides input for colleague’s performance appraisals
• Assists Test Engineers when commissioning new test equipment
• Provides technical assistance to other technicians on the same shift
• Provides line support to manufacturing for all test processes
• Ensures “machine down” calls are responded to in a timely manner
• Liaises with manufacturing to determine repair priorities
• Ensures adequate spares are available for all allocated equipment
• Ensures Preventative Maintenance is carried out at specified intervals on all allocated equipment
• Liaises with manufacturing to ensure Preventative Maintenance does not impact production schedulet
• Provides daily report of all line issues
• Provides weekly/quarterly downtime reports for allocated equipment
• Sources spares from the most cost effective supplier

Education & Experience Requirements 
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university 
Plus 2-3 years experience

Англійська є також пріоритетом, але без знання польської мови уде discomunication і в такому випадку на заводі не буде що робити.

 

На дані посади потрібні люди які готові переїхати до Польщі на довгий час, період меньше ніж 1 рік не розглядається
